Change Metadata of already uploaded files
Hi, I uploaded and edited people, locations, etc. on a lot of my assets already and now I would like to bulk-change the date of assets based on file name. I have a lot of images from WhatsApp with their timestamp embedded in the file name but an incorrect date. I have an exiftool script to do that but now I saw that the file names in the immich upload folder are altered strongly and also that this would lead do desynchronization with the xmp sidecars.
So is there any way I can change the date of my assets based on file name without having to re-upload them?
