✅ ASP.NET files not downloading properly
I'm trying to set up Jetbrains Rider using this guide https://www.jetbrains.com/help/rider/Running_IISExpress.html#before-you-start
But for some reason no matter what versions/exes I install, I only end up with these files on my IIS Folder (It should be creating a
