PuriFoundary hasn't been updated since 2020 and doesn't work on current versions of the game if mod names are Red in SMM that means they won't work with your current install

Initially, the mods were installed and worked properly, but after removing the mods from the "Mods" folder, this error started to occur

Well, that mod will absolutely not work on modern versions of the game so I don't know what to tell you 😅 you generally shouldn't need to be deleting mods from the folder, better to manage things through SMM

I tried to download other mods, but I can't download any mods now. I've already realized that I should have deleted them in SMM

>debug close SMM, reopen it, hit update, then do another debug log

We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced in #help-using-mods. This ensures that your help request won't get buried and forgotten in other, non-help channels! If you need to access older log files, see https://docs.ficsit.app/satisfactory-modding/latest/faq.html#Files_Logs
