Issue with Local CLI

Hi there, i'm having having issues running the latest version of Supabase cli (supabase/tap/supabase: stable 2.31.4)

I get thrown the following error. I've alreaded deleted all images and volumes and try to run again. Not too sure if this is an error on my end
