Using ExecutionPlan for Fallbacks in Effect
Is there a generic ExecutionPlan in Effect (that's not specific to AI)? I find the pattern to be very helpful for other usecases besides AI.
We have all 3rd party services in duplicate (for fallback pruposes), and right now we're doing custom code to handle fallbacks.
