My project is stuck pausing ?
I got an email that my project will be paused in 7 days as usual as expected because I am on free plan.
After pressing ‘Pause’ project in my project settings for both of my projects, I restored one fine in under a minute as usual as expected.
My other project has just been stuck on Pausing help?

Blurred my project name for privacy but this is what i’ve looked at for the past 5-10 minutes never has taken less than a minute. Is supabase good bro?
Also I have tried refreshing the page and reloading the site

No other reports at this point.
Try another browser just to eliminate a state issue in the current browser.
I don't know that 5 to 10 is outlandish, but it has seemed quicker for me normally for small projects.
Why are you pausing your project if you need the keys?

So I have to go to my project settings every other week press pause and then restore. Always has taken less than a minute so it didn’t bother me that much
That just means you are not using the project. You just need to access the dashboard or use it to keep it alive.
You only pause projects if you don't need them for awhile or need a 3rd for a time.
I been working on my other project like daily so idk about that. Anyways let me try another browser real fast like you said.
But if it is stuck then you have to contact support.

You have to use the dashboard for each project (or actually make requests to the projects) to keep them alive. Simple checking the table UI is enough to keep it alive.
I earn commissions through my API keys, at the moment if anyone swaps crypto I kind of am loosing that’s why i’m in a rush. No hate tho probably something small.

You are free so there is no guarantee of "fast" response. When you pause a project they probably don't consider it an emergency as that means you don't want to use it.

I thought it was under ‘Project Overview’ but it just shows the Pausing screen.
Go to project settings I just looked on a paused project and it shows it for me.

If you have the URL in your app it is the project id.
Is it that?

That is a project id yes. Is it your paused or live one I can't say.
My paused indeed. I’ll be sure to include it as requested in the form.
Also make sure to check with a different browser after you finish the request just to make sure it did not really finish and is a browser state issue.

It happens occasionally, randomly to people. Which is why I would not pause a project unless I'm not going to be using it.

I would not wait until you get the email but yes you have to do a REST API which the dashboard does when you do a project specific thing like look at a table.

You don't need to restart, but that would work too.
Pause is a major operation as it has to backup everything and save it. The AWS instance you are on is then shut down.
Then to restore a new instance is spun up and all that data has to be restored.

If it does pause you eliminate have the risk as then you just restore it which you have to do if you pause it by hand.
