how to get proper jwt secret on cli?

Hi, I have setup supabase on the local to connect to my already existing supabase cloud.

now when i run 
supabase start
, i see the credentials logged.

i assume i must copy them to the env file, right?

also, i see that jwt key is very generic. is it real or am i making some mistake?

JWT secret: super-secret-jwt-token-with-at-least-32-characters-long
