Waste Shielding and FexPan incompatibility
I'm not sure exactly how items are added, but for some reason Lead Sheets will replace Aluminum Cement if both mods are installed. @McGalleon @kiligir

Also, Galleon would you be alright with making like a zip of the mod icons? Trying to add the recipes to the Modeler so I can plan out my factory
Is it possible the lead sheets are from KLib?
Because i indeed resorted to a replacement there.
I can now switch this around though i believe.
Problem is that this will likely clog all factories....
And your opinion on the icons?
You mean of all modded items used in FexPan?
Sure, i can do that
Thanks! Normally I would've just checked the hithub to see if the icons are there like they are for Waste Shielding, but, well
There is no github because you can just dig through it all because its contentlib xd
Well... except for KLib i guess
But i can talk to Kyrium about that
Oh, I didn't realize i could literally just open the folder and find them, sorry about thay
Yeah the basic images can just be grabbed
But some of the custom parts from Klib, like Aluminum Cement and the Packaged Synthetic Oil, arent in therr
Ahh, darn
I can supply the images for those though i think
As long as theyre okay with it
I'll just make ingame Screenshots :LUL:
I know sometimes folks like to keep everything private
Ive done this before to create icons for parts
I'm seeing what looks to be a liquid icon for concrete though?
Unused asset :wonke:
An idea i never followed through with
Ooof, liquid concrete would've been fun, honestly, kind of surprised that for all the realism of SF+, it doesn't have concrete casting either
When you already have solid concrete and a whole bunch of other parts, making another niche part is kinda.....
Ahh, yes, another niche part would be crazy, looks at over 4 kinds of plates
Not really a very good addition. Or rather, its hard to make it fit in well
Hey each one of those is very much justified! 😆
Watching kibitz' brain snap when he reached Steel Screws was funny, I admit
And i have put in the effort to reduce the amount of different parts in SF+
And parts that were too similar received a redesign and subsequent new model
Such as Brass, Bronze and (then Invar) Magnitar
I'm excited to see what the next release of that looks like btw, the complexity is difficult, but freeing? In a way. Knowing that resources will often stay in their own lane, is nice
Plus it means that you cant just cut an entire resource out of the production chain, its always needed somewhere
Resources "stay in their lane" insofar that each ore has been assigned 3 materials that can be extracted from it
After that, those materials tend to get mixed and matched a lot
I mean more that, steel doesn't make screws, it makes its own steel screws, iron cant be a wire substitute, stuff like that
ah. That is mostly because i havent yet made a lot of alts.
Buuuut even with that, resources still tend to say close to "original"
like, steel can be used to make cast iron plates. Or copper and quickwire can be used for fused wire / quickwire
but nothing too radical.
I feel like an extruded wire alt for the cooling machine could work
We're ya able to find them, or?
not yet unfortunately.
I'll have to take a look tomorrow
That's alright, have a good sleep!
there, hope that suffices
oh right, asphalts missing

I was actually able to find all of them besides the packaged fluids, however if you have the icons for the batch reactor?
Oh, right...
Hmm actuallyy i might

there
Thank you so much! You've saved me so much photoshop work
Also, fun fact, you are the only one to ever call it the batch reactor in the KMods Discord
Thats cause thats the name in FexPan
In SF+ its chemical reactor
But originally i called it the Batch Reactor when i designed it.
That building was sorta the collab that got me into SF+
I designed the 2D part, Hailun modeled it, i got free use for it in FexPan in return for working on the stuff

I should really share all the concept art at some point now that its all ingame
It's a great design!
