problem installing tmodloader

I'm from Ukraine so I'll use a translator I've been trying to install tmodloader for 4 days now and it gives me errors at 95% of the installation in steam such as: "files are damaged", "server with data is damaged", "content is unavailable" (screenshots are in Russian, unfortunately) I tried clearing the steam cache, checking tmod files, selectively deleting the entire tmod, unsubscribed from all mods, changed the download region, but this does not help( I wrote to Steam support and they told me that this is not a problem with Steam. That's why I ask you for help, maybe I need to do something or is this a problem with something else?
