Trouble with Tracing and Sentry in Cloudflare Workers Using Effect
has anyone gotten tracing to work with Sentry inside of Cloudflare Workers? i've been basing my approach on these examples:

however all of my spans from Effect are just dropped.
it might be because i've only partially adopted Effect at the moment, i'm doing

it might be because i've only partially adopted Effect at the moment, i'm doing await Effect.runPromise inside of an HTTP handler, so there's already a root span open (?)
