Queries timing out

Hello! As the image shows, I'm not being able to create a simple RLS or insert a new row in the DB. This goes with anything related with updating the DB. I'm still able to get data with

SELECT

SELECT

SELECT

SELECT queries but

CREATE/INSERT

CREATE/INSERT

CREATE/INSERT

CREATE/INSERT don't work.

I've checked the active connections and is still 20/60.
