@krishnan Just chiming in on this example. As a layman knowing nothing about how different components in biology are related to one another, I find it a bit hard to understand this domain. Using this domain to understand the typedb system feels like a barrier to me. I further searched for typedb examples and found this repo. https://github.com/typedb/typedb-examples/tree/master/use-cases Out of the examples, I feel that , for a programmer without specialising in any domain, only the bookstore and social network examples are easier to follow. The others require some deep domain knowldge which makes them a bit hard to follow ( at least for me)
