Swipe to Refresh no longer working after 1.136.0 update?

Hello.

I noticed that swipe to refresh is no longer working. It does absolutely nothing when I swipe down from the top.
I updated to 1.136.0 and enabled the new Beta Timeline feature.

Is this intended behaviour or a bug? :)
