Rerun backup .sql file migration

Hi,
I use supabase web ui to manage the database, but would like backup schema , postgre database function etc ..
I have already done it before it create a supabase/migrations/1235644_remote_schema.sql
But how to rerun this backup , i tried : supabase db pull but i stuck in
"Connecting to remote database...

"
