What do you think about dotnetos courses ?

I am wondering if someone has already taken courses from dotnetos.
I am interested in the .NET Async Expert (https://www.updatecourses.net/async-expert) and .NET memory expert (https://www.updatecourses.net/net-memory-expert) but it's really expensive (~500$ each) so I really really need to make sure it's good quality. The people behind have some good reputation but the courses seem a little bit outdated(like from 2020).
Do you know about any alternative free materials ?
