User's Last Active Timestamp in Supabase

I am developing an application using Supabase and want to display the "last active" timestamp for each user within my app. I am aware that Supabase’s auth table provides a last_login field. However, I’m interested to know if Supabase offers any other built-in fields or mechanisms—such as a last activity timestamp—that I can access to retrieve or calculate when a user was last active. If not, what approaches are recommended to track and display user activity, especially considering that the information does not need to be highly precise?
