I cant download specific mods

I recently got terraria on my own steam account. Before this, i was using my dad's to play tmodloader and he had 90% of the mods on his account that I want. This wasnt an issue because my pc did a factory reset and i only logged into my personal account, but after having my dad's account on my computer, i cant download mods that he had on his account anymore. Ive removed his account from my pc, talked to chat gpt about this who told me to delete some folders, to no avail. I did the unsubscribing and re-subscribing, waited weeks for this to resolve itself. nothing works. I would appreciate any help i can get.
