How to stop ayako from making threads??

i use her in a different server and she’s never made a thread before, i removed her permissions to make threads and she’s still doing it after every soft warn/warn. How do i make her stop it? I just want her to dm users or whatever she normally does not make a million threads.

it also says like the info reminder will only be sent once but it makes a new thread and sends the message once an hour….. so it’s made 30 threads @ing random users sending the reminder :AMsip1:

Hiya, so there's 2 things you're mentioning here. The Info reminder is sent once per user when they join. Meaning if a member has already received this info on a different server in the past they dont receive it again. If you don't like this info you can disable it in /settings basic > Privacy & Terms Reminder Punishment notifications however are ayako's Fallback notification system. Ayako will first try to DM a member if they get a punishment, and if they have their DMs closed or the DM fails for some other reason will resort to creating a thread. If you got to disable this feature you'd essentially make it impossible for ayako to notify members with DMs closed of their wrong doings So, as a result, this behaviour cant be disabled, but you can change the channel ayako creates threads in. I understand that this might be annoying, but ayako tries to keep the threads to a minimum by deleting old threads once they get automatically archived.

thank you this all works and then i have one more question is there a way i can set like who can use the mod commands? Like i want to make it where mods can only use warn and admins can use warn and ban

im happy to hear that as for the permission management. By default all of ayakos moderation commands are stored under the /mod command (i. e. /mod ban) You can use the utility command /mod permissions to split single mod commands apart from /mod. In your case you'd push Ban and Warn to create seperate commands for these. From then on they can be used with /ban and /warn directly. You can then edit the permissions for this command under Server Settings > Integrations > Ayako > /ban and /warn This overlay lets you pick what roles can and cant use the commands
