Lack of syncing indicator icon

Can we add a loading spinner or "Force Refresh" on the top bar to let the user know that Ente Photos is updating it's database or whatever missing datas? I mostly use my Desktop to manage the library, tagging people faces. When I pick my phone up, seems like faces analyzed data are not "pulled" to the phone automatically. I have to open Settings -> General -> Advance -> Machine learning to make the sync progress happens.
