Cutout display cover doesn’t fit flush
I just built the left half of my corne keyboard and I’m noticing that the display cover does not fit flush and is slightly raised toward the top part even though all of the headers have been soldered flush and pressed together. Is this normal?

this is not normal. possibly the display standoffs are too short or the nano and view are not seated/installed far enough down. are both sides like this?
I don’t have the right side for comparison because I’m waiting on some replacement parts to complete it. Is it safe to use a wire cutter to clip the excess from the pins that stick through and bump against the display cover? Or would it be better to get slightly taller standoffs? I’m not too sure where I would get taller standoffs though.

You can cut those pin off, at least I trimmed mine
Got it, I'll do the same then thank you!
