Help with Setting Up a Monorepo Using Effect-TS Rpc

Trying to set up a monorepo using Rpc, looking at this documentation for info https://github.com/Effect-TS/effect/blob/main/packages/rpc/README.md

I don't quite manage to visualize the overall folder structure, and what we are supposed to call to actually run it.
Any help?
