Why is tree shaking so important?
I’m new, as far as I understand, Effect is mostly meant for use on the server side and it shouldn’t matter that you load 5kb or 10kb in that context, right? I’ve been writing java backend and we never care how much the dependencies weigh.
I get that it’s typescript an it can be used in UI but I’m having a hard time picturing it in a react component.
If I’m right then it seems like we’re optimizing for the UI usecase while not designing for it, OOO > procedural
