Using Ref as a Fiber-Local Service in Effect Typescript
hi all - is there a way to use Ref as a service such that it is fiber local? i'd like Effect.all and other concurrent ops to start with a copy of whatever is there at the time of their fiber creation, and allow them to work on their own isolated copy, vs sharing the same copy across fibers
