People tagging
If i tag people on mobile or desktop do they show up on the other devices tagged or is that only local

Assigning faces gets synced across devices
It will be sync to other devices. If you open the app on smartphone and can't see the face. Just try to Settings -> General -> Advance -> Machine learning
and you'll see it updating the database
