Reforges Gone, unsure why

When I started up our multiplayer world today, I noticed that our reforges were entirely gone, and when I tried to use the goblin tinkerer to fix it, he wouldn't work for some reason. I am unsure what happened and why, and I would appreciate the help to fix it.
