Go to each project in the organisation and delete them one by one to see which one is causing an issue.
I can't access the project, it only stays on this screen, how do I unpause the project?
i have 1 project paused in organization

How long has it been pausing?
You can't delete a pausing project. And if it is stuck then you have to contact support.
At least try another browser to make sure it is not a state issue in your current browser.
It must have been a few days, to tell the truth I don't remember taking any action to pause it.
They pause after 7 days of no use.
