Having issues on Galaxy watch 4 classic with slap function
I enabled the always-on display, and yet the screen still goes black when I slap/cover it. There is no option under display settings to disable screen off when covered that I see

Do you wear the watch? When you do slap function
Have you turned on always display?
I do but i 3d printed a case so the sensor cant detect that its on my wrist
Would that be the reason why
yes i have
That was the issue! Thank you so much! Guess I need to make some case revisions
You can turn off wrist detection in settings
I did that, and it worked! Do y'all know where the sensor is for when you cover the screen? I want to make a small cutout so it can work with my custom dial 3d print
don't know if it's just too thick or if there's like a proximity/lidar sensor that needs to be able to see
Works just fine without dial 3d print, so I know I'm blocking something
its a galaxy watch 4 classic
I believe it's a thickness issue for the bezel @Xen Of Creation had to print a thinner one
gotcha, I'll try to reduce the Z height and see what happens. It may not look so accurate, but want it to be functional for Comic Con lol
thanks for the help
