Failure to generate thumbnails for some videos

Some videos are failing to generate thumbnails. This appears to be an issue with ffmpeg. I reran the same command on another system and it was able to generate the thumbnail properly. I've attached the logs from Immich (1.173.3, although I think it started with the 172 versions but not sure) as well as when running in WSL with Alpine distribution, which uses an older version of ffmpeg.
