Issues with Automatic Backup and Selective Uploads on Beta Timeline

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open the Immich mobile app on an Android 16 device.
2. Add new photos or videos to the device's gallery.
3. Observe that the automatic backup does not start.
4. Manually trigger the general backup.
5. Observe that some files are queued for upload but do not progress. They appear to be stuck or are not actually uploaded.
6. Close and restart the Immich app.
7. Tap the cloud icon to manually trigger another backup.
8. The same files from step 5 are re-queued and reappear.
As a test: Select one of the "stuck" files individually and tap the "Upload" button. The file uploads successfully.
Expected Behavior
The Immich app should initiate a backup automatically when new media files are detected.
All queued files should be uploaded successfully, regardless of whether it's a mass backup or an individual upload.
