Refund options? Or nonrefundable?
So I went through the process of attempting to get Immich as an alternative way to store my photos. Everything seemed fine and I payed the fee, until I noticed how overwhelming it was, and realised I would be unable to make this work in my favour. I have tried to look around for a refund option on the official website and Reddit forums, to only have found the discord server as a viable option to contact someone. Can someone help me out with this, or have I wasted £19? I am more than happy to have at least shared money to a great, innovative project, but if possible I would like to resolve this issue.
