Pausing Error
My Project on Supabase is being paused forever how can I cancel this process

so texted them to email , I got id and stuff but they said that the response is not guaranteed so if they dont response I cant really not anything about the problem?
No. As long as you titled it or mention Pause stuck it should get attention. If you read the thread I linked you can see it is a higher than normal issue right now.
Make sure you do get the auto response email with a ticket number though.

No where. I'm just saying you want to make sure you got the email with the number so you know your email is not spamming it and they have you in the queue.

You are in the support queue yes. I don't know how long before support moves it to the infra team queue which is where the backlog is right now.
