Placement of `Layer.setConfigProvider` in a live pipeline
Using
Layer.setConfigProvider(ConfigProvider.fromJson([...] what's the correct place to put it in if I've got a live piping the different layers? At the top or at the bottom of that pipe? Is it then with Layer.provideMerge?
