Beta Timeline changing exif

Hello, it seems I’m getting a few issues with the beta timeline and it rewriting the date as the date uploaded instead of keeping the original date. This only seems to be happening for a maybe 25/2000 uploaded pictures, but it has thrown many to the top of my library as August 16th, 2025”. Any way I can troubleshoot to see if there’s possibly an issue with how I uploaded?
