Discord connection issue

Tried installing OpenDeck from AUR and FlatPack Discord plugin can't connect to discord, app says "please launch discord", log says "OPENING SOCKET". The plugin was installed from the OpenDeck archive marketplace Tried applying the patch from wiki to elgato marketplace's plugin, but manifest.json isn't behaving like expected Any known fixes?

Solution:

Soo... i've just rebooted my pc, tried to redo the whole thing and it worked The problem was that i was speaking with my friends using vesktop, and using discord for testing opendeck The moment i closed vesktop, it just fixed itself Sorry for me being a dumbass...

Don't use the marketplace version, even with the patch it doesn't work Prefer the AUR over the Flatpak Is Discord native or Flatpak?

discord is native i tried the elgato market place one, couldn't get it to work, tried it only because the OpenDeck archive's one gives infinite "OPENING SOCKET" in the log

yeah, but that one definitely won't work can you check the Discord plugin logs? separate from the opendeck log

Just one question to clarify: You have started Discord Started OpenDeck Added a discord Button Pressed the button while discord is in the foreground and nothing happens and no dialouge popped up? If not, please try it once in exactly this order.
