I can't log into my GITHUB account.
And I can't access the backend project, what should I do? Can I just log in via email without going through GITHUB?

I used another email to send the request because my primary email address was not accessible.
Now this is going to look sketchy to anyone in support who sees this email. There is no way to prove you are who you claim you are at that point.
So what should I do?

Read your message I replied to. You stated you used a different email to send support request as your primary email is not accessible, how can they verify you are who you say you are without you being able to access your primary email address that is associated with the account? unless you are a paid user there is no way to verify who you are. Paid user's would have a payment card on file and even that would still be hard to verify since Supabase would have access to only the last 4 digits which anyone could potentially guess or phish.
