Load Failed No Backup Found

Hello I had tried loading back up a world I had spent lik 10 hours on and the world when I loaded it up was blank and said Load Failed No Backup Found. I had seen this issue before and went to ccheck my files for any back ups and teh backup there looked corrupted and any online sourcesalso did not fix the issue. If anyone knows any possible workarounds that would be great or at least on how to not corrupt a multiplayer world whenever I close it as this is like the third time this has happened then I troubleshoot and give up. Thanks!!

Yeah I had seen that answer but my issue is the world faisl to load and the only back up has this
