This will help us be more effective in our support effort and leave more time for building Immich :immich:. Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots. Without the right information we can't work out what the problem is. Help us help you ;) If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close command, and re-open it later if needed.

Env is default, all I did was change the password and added my timezone. Haven't touched the compose file at all

Docker should automatically create any folders that don't exist yet. I have no idea what your system is doing but I assume it's some weird windows stuff oh you are SSHed in
Mr. Hoorn (Asp. Learning Expert)
It's not Windows Yeah I have a Synology DS423

IDK then, but docker needs to make that mount. you could always try making the folder but that should not be required
Mr. Hoorn (Asp. Learning Expert)
I'll try that. If not I might dive into it tomorrow, being a programmer helps 😉
Mr. Hoorn (Asp. Learning Expert)
It's a bit strange to me it also did not create any files

Docker needs to make a folder called library and postgres, that's just how it works when you specify a folder that does not exist maybe your drive has weird perms
Mr. Hoorn (Asp. Learning Expert)
Yeah I do need to sudo

that's normal for docker but can you make folders?
Mr. Hoorn (Asp. Learning Expert)
Yeah I can. I'll make those 2 manually (library and postgres) and redo the compose command, will let you know the result Yup that seemed to have fixed it. Nice that it was a simple fix!
