missing thumbnail and data

I am having issue where some of my photos have thumbnails and some dont. Heres what happened. My 1 TB HDD reserved only for Immich had issue saying storage full, which I realized it was due to inode being full. Previously the HDD name was mnt/ImmichOne. I moved my entire data to SSD, flashed my HDD to XFS, then moved it back. Heres a catch. In my previous installation I accidentally had upload location to /mnt/ImmichOne/upload which created an upload folder and put everything inside of it. This time I also fixed that to /mnt/immich and moved all to root folder. And changed env to proper /mnt/immich. Once done I had a serial of 502 issues with permission errors, immich couldnt fetch this that, immich-server restarting, etc. Which I took AI help to fix. When the server went back up all the thumbnails were gone. So I clicked regenerate thumbnail job from admin. This, fixed all the thumbnails I previously had issues with, but my phone decided to upload new images during that job. So all the photos that was uploaded during the generation now shows error loading data. I am dropping screenshots of my Directory, Symptom of issue, env and docker compose. Am I in the right settings?

You'll probably need to merge the folders so everything is where Immich expects it to be Also check the logs

yes it does say failed to read /upload/upload which I happen to change during HDD recovery. Can I change it on settings so it doesnt read that far?

remove the second line, move those UUID folders inside of the upload folder, that's probably it

merged it and moved the UUID folder, still couldnt fix the images. I had to delete the pictures from the browser then delete the cache and reupload the images to recover my cat pics :SadOkayCat:
