Nested Resource Header Actions
How can I enable header actions on a nested resource's table under a View-only page?
There's no Create button on the Tasks table unless I hit Edit on the project.

For clarification, the "New task" (Create action) only shows when editing the parent resource.
Is there any way to show that button when viewing the parent resource, and not only when we're editing it?
