Using Effect with NestJS: Seeking Best Practices
anyone using Effect inside NestJS?We decided to do this because:
* the http server from "@effect/platform" is still considered unstable. We didn't want to bet on this for a prod application.
* we use NestJS for the rest of our services in my org..
I'd like to find best practices with people in a similar situation
