Self-hosted realtime initial configuration assistance needed

I can access realtime over https port 4000. I use realtime-js to connect and see in the inspector a NS_ERROR_NET_RESET followed by NS_ERROR_WEBSOCKET_CONNECTION_REFUSED. The latter message is accompanied with status code 404. The realtime logs show it sending the 404. attached is my config. thoughts?
