Add SigNoz as a provider for Log Drain

I’m reaching out on behalf of the SigNoz team.
We’re working to make it easier for Supabase users to forward their project logs into SigNoz for observability and monitoring. We came across the Log Drains feature in your docs and found that it fits well with SigNoz’s structured log ingestion via HTTP endpoints.
We believe it would be valuable to explore adding SigNoz as a supported provider for Log Drains, allowing Supabase users to seamlessly send logs to SigNoz without manual setup.
