Single image from external library not showing up

I have external library, which Immich is able to scan and process images and videos within it. I have issue with one specific image (.jpg) not being shown with following symptoms: - it has same owner, group and rights as any other image in the folder -rwxr-xr-x 1 nobody nogroup - if i rename it and rescan library it shows up - if i move it into different directory and rescan library it shows up - if i remove, rescan, reupload, rescan it does not show up - restarting docker compose stack and/or VM does not help - it is not showing in web and android app - relogging does not help From the symptoms it would appear to me that the issue is not with the file or its contents, but in the somewhere in immich / redis / db. Any idea what to do with it?

Could you share your compose + env? What is your OS and file system? 1. What's about Trash, maybe it's there? 2. DB records
docker exec -ti immich_postgres psql -Pexpanded=auto -U postgres -d immich
docker exec -ti immich_postgres psql -Pexpanded=auto -U postgres -d immich
select * from asset where "originalFileName" = 'that_image.jpg'
select * from asset where "originalFileName" = 'that_image.jpg'
3. What's in logs? Debug logs (Admin settings > Logging) will show more. "Verbose" level can be useful here as it prints per file problems.
