World Creation

When I create a modded world in Tmodloader it always show this bar, like in journey.
Why is this appearing and how can I disable it?

Do you know any modpack with base mods, quality of lifes and bosses mods like calamity, thorium and etc, but all in one modpack ?

And by any reason i can use items like the star from fargo's to activate the mdoe too
