@shibo we should maybe display more precise diagonstics here, e.g. did the SPICE wasm fail to load? etc.

its a bit frusterating as a user because they don't know what to do and can't even give a good error report. It's good to see it coming along though, just though this was important to mention as we make things better. You display pretty good errors when manifold fails to load for whatever reason. There could also be things like bad SPICE syntax etc. that we might want to display (idk)
I agree, I'll keep this in mind and file an issue so I don't forget
