Managing Database Schema with the Effect SQL Package
How do you guys actually manager your schema with the sql package when you use it as is.
I feel like to me personally something that things like drizzle or prisma provide is a sole source of truth.
Do you just replicate that with Effect Schema and when you make changes you just always write the next migration?
I'm kinda scared of missing writing a migration once and then being confused on why stuff is breaking, of course thats a skill issue on my end, but would love to here what the flows are that are used by the community
