Blocked from Email/Password Account Due to GitHub Account on Same Email

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some help with a critical issue locking me out of my main project. I've already contacted support but am also posting here in case someone in the community has a solution.

I have inadvertently created two separate identities in Supabase under a single email address: one using the standard email/password method, and another using GitHub SSO.

The account I need to access is my original email/password account. The organization is named "Gabriel Nogueira" and it contains my project's live database.

The account I can access is the one linked via GitHub. Its organization is named "Galerie-Nogueira-BR's Org".

The core problem is with the password reset mechanism. When I request a password reset for my email, Supabase recognizes that a GitHub SSO is linked to that address and sends an email instructing me to log in via GitHub. This prevents me from ever receiving a password reset link for my original account, leaving me completely locked out.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to bypass the SSO default during a password reset, or another method to regain access to the original email/password account?
