Database OFFLINE... URGENT HELP NEEDED

Today I started the update supabase from 15 to 17. It's a rather small database and shouldn't have taken long. It's now stuck for 6 hours+ at -> Shutting down API services Tried contacting support but, it's just the question if they will even answer or not. Anyone knows how to get this sorted or contact the right persons? Thanks

Support is the only avenue. Try a different browser or device to make sure not just a UI hang issue.

@garyaustin How quick is email support, because I need to upgrade my plan for email support. Wich is bit of an shame.

There is no way to quantify that as it depends on their current queue and whether you are free, pro, team. Issues reported as critical down issues get handled with a higher priority than normal issues, but if free you are behind pro. Could be day(s).
