What do I need to do to activate Ben 10K's aliens?
I already used the code and I don't know if it worked because no Ben 10K Alien appeared until now. Is there anything else I need to do besides using the code?

You need master control & ultimates unlocked for the 10k mode. For the 10k aliens without the mode, it only needs master control. Steps are found in the recal manual
If you did the code that adds them to the scan list, then you still need to scan for them.
