Implementing setTimeout with clearTimeout in an effectful way
Hi! I wonder how to do setTimeout and be possible to do clearTimeout in an effectful way. I am trying to schedule an effect but that schedule could sometimes be cancelled before it's executed or overridden by another schedule if that's possible.
